Hi Everyone!
How are you? What are your prayer requests or do you have the answers to the previous ones? What have you been inspired by God lately?
I had these weeks in the ministry filled with meetings - strategic planning of our teams, mentoring, Bible studies, devotions, women's training, zooms, and especially the meetings with the Sport Kids moms! God reveals and inspires to a new level in the ministry :-)
If I tell you about everything, there will be a lot, so here are the most important points, i.e. prayer requests:
Our teams meetings and the strategic planning
Earlier i shared that our team was divided into two main locations Sport Kids teams - Rechurch and Molodezhny teams. Once every two weeks we have a big team meeting. And once every two weeks - small team meeting. And at the beginning of the semester - the strategic planning meeting with the representatives of the national mission team - our coordinators.
Please pray for 1) our spiritual growth, 2) that God blesses us with new coaches, including basketball ones, 3) for the blessing and the open hearts of moms of our Sports Kids - the thematic meetings and Sport Kids outreach party for Easter; 4) the tournaments and the trainings; 5) for a physical and spiritual strength.
The Bible studies and the groups for our Sport Kids moms
At our Bible study following the plan in our Sports Kids devotionals with Sveta, we came across the fact that it is important to discuss what the Bible says about marriage, parenting and such further important women's questions. After discussing with my mentor Yulia and my disciple Inessa (more on this below), Inessa and I decided to organize a party for Sport Kids moms. God inspired us to start a weekly group on the topics about marriage from the course "Biblical Portrait of Marriage" by Bruce Wilkinson in a light format.
On the photo, our first meeting - the celebration of the Women's Day and of the start of weekly groups :) It was a lot of fun!
Please pray, 1) that the Holy Spirit would continue to lead Sveta and her family (husband) to the acceptance of Christ, 2) would continue to bring those mothers whom He wants to such meetings and to bless (Masha, Anastasia, Irina, Julia and others), 3 ) would help to conduct a general training for all moms and dads on the topic of parenting / marriage, etc.
Women's mentorship
Our Cru mission conducted a women's training called "Seasons and Demi-seasons of Life". There - a strong speaker - a long-term leader of women's and of church's ministry from Cru in Moldova - shared a lot of important truths and answered deep relevant questions. I like that the mission takes care of the souls of the girls / women in the mission - how not to burn out in the ministry, how to serve if you are married and have many children now, and so on. And then we - the girls in our local team - can support each other, instruct, share advice, pray for each other. This is precious!

Please continue to pray for a complete recovery of Inessa, she is already walking, but her leg and hand are not yet fully get aligned, please as well as for God's work through our mentorship with each other.
