I'm also in the end of what needs to be done before the end of the semester and the beginning of the holidays. And I want to share my love and appreciation for one more quite challenging year serving together! Let me know how you are doing and what to pray for you?!
Let's review the main blessings from the ministry of this year (though it's so hard to choose the main ones per month) and let me share a bit more in details about the last month :)
January
Our big team meeting - planning of the semester and division into two main Sport Kids locations - ReChurch and Molodezhniy
Sport Kids tournaments (playing cards during the breaks between the games) and Sport Kids community party as an outreach event
March
Prayer in the church of Molodezhniy for the start of the Sport Kids ministry there
and after that the beginning of the lock down due to Covid pandemia in Ukraine and all over the world
April
The season of zoom meetings and the ministry through zoom during the lock down
Team meetings
Christian Life Coaching trainings online
Bible studies
Online soccer trainings
Prayer mission meetings etc
May
Zoom bible studies with the girls athletes - believers and non-believers
Life Coaching with them and others from Sport Kids and from my church
The end of the lock down - pyjama party with the ladies athletes
June
Team meeting offline :-) - analysis of the semester and the summer planning
Support raise period
Helping in the ministry in the kindergarden - Sport Kids branch
A blessed time of vacation with friends and family in Odessa, Ukraine!
August
The planning of the semester retreat conference for the team
The beginning of the Sport Kids practices at ReChurch (in the kindergarden) and at Molodezhniy locations
September
Helping in the project Plus One - sport ministry project for the churches of Ukraine - presenting the ministry of my friends - basketball club Admirals
Administration and finance management of Sport Kids locations
Sharing Gospel with parents and kids
Discipleship
October
Tournaments between the locations, with other clubs etc
Sharing Bible truth with kids and their parents
Sharing Bible truth with kids and their parents
Discipleship with Inessa - teaching her Four Spiritual Laws
November
Sharing Gospel with the parents from Sport Kids ReChurch
Helping basketball coaching - BC Admirals - basketball coach licence obtaining
December
Out reach retreat conference for ladies athletes - Champions - believers and non believers
We studies Bible, we had themes as Relationships, ReStart, Motivation, lots of deep conversations
We had fun - lots of laughter, sports and singing
Christmas Sport kids parties at ReChurch location! The joy and the celebration atmosphere is in the air!
The winners of Winter Futzal games - Sport Kids ReChurch and Molodezhniy!
- I also had Covid, unfortunately.
This fate of being "crowned" did not pass me by either...)My isolation period is over, praise the Lord. I'm recovering. Please pray for my recovery that my cough would not bother me to sleep etc.
- thanks to the Lord for a fruitful analysis of the semester (photo above) and please pray for things to be improved and fixed in the ministry next semester and for the health of each team member;
- for the blessings for the plans of the ministry next semester;
- for a blessed time and rest with the family and friends during the winter vacation
- i.e. for the true repentance of my brother Valera, nephew Vova and sister Ira and for a great man from the Lord for me to marry :)
